Target’s use of the Staples Center in Minneapolis proved a unique challenge in that they chose to use the arena lengthwise rather than the traditional layout of having the audience face one goal end. This resulted in a trio of large gently curved screens spanning the length of the arena—creating a dynamic rhythm to the room and helping sightlines for the wide seating area. Panels of soft-led drapes created a wall of color and content upstage to prevent the vast arena from becoming a large black void.
