Martina McBride Tour 2009

Martina’s “Shine All Night” tour did exactly that!  At the top of the show a full stage scrim surrounded the stage - the show started with a disco ball projected onto the curtain - the whole band and then Martina rose up on elevators as the curtain tracked off stage.  Multiple video screens formed the backdrop.  There was a close down curtain for an acoustic set.  Halfway through the show the 270 degree scrim closed once more, a moon rise and moonset was projected and then Martina rose up on a illuminated moon and tracking over the audience, flew out to a satellite stage beside the mix platform, where she performed several songs surrounded by a wall of clicking cameras and cellphones as her thrilled fans made sure they were capturing their unexpected proximity to their idol…  A truly amazing moment!
